If you are on the lookout for a home with coastal charm and an airy aura, the Capri by Homebuyers Centre will tick the boxes, offering plenty of extras to sweeten its appeal.

Homebuyers Centre General Manager Simon Birkhead said light, bright and modern coastal were the brief for the colour scheme and styling, resulting in the comfort of a beach house with a luxury finish.

“A neutral colour palette was used throughout the home, with lots of white to open up the space,” he said.

“Beige and cooler grey and blue tones work harmoniously to bring the coastal palette to life.

“The theme was an open Hamptons-style home that caters to a growing family or couples who want extra space.”

Soft curves and natural textures keep the dining area cohesive, according to Mr Birkhead, with the tranquil setting featuring rattan, natural timbers and linens.

In the open-plan area there is a sleek island bench, providing a subtle separation between the dining and living areas.

Along the side closest to the dining room, there is space for stools to make casual dining easy.

To make sure you have all you need for your cooking endeavours, there is ample storage options underbench and overhead.

Thanks to the multitude of windows in the sprawling main zone, natural light floods the home.

If you are looking to get a bit more sunshine, take the entertainment outdoors and enjoy a barbecue on the alfresco.

The well-established sense of space is amplified by a raked ceiling in the kitchen and living area, courtesy of Homebuyers Centre’s BrickSteel+ framing method.

“BrickSteel+ homes are built with a single exterior bricked wall that is backed by the inner-strength of a TRUECORE steel frame,” Mr Birkhead said.

“To finish, the internal walls are professionally lined and covered with painted plasterboard.”

Along with the home’s spaciousness, Mr Birkhead said it was the zoning that would make this design appeal to young families who loved entertaining but also wanted space to relax.

“The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas work cohesively together to create a harmonious space, perfect for all your entertaining needs,” he said.

“The theatre room and study are located in the centre of the design, creating an ideal zone of relaxation and productivity.”

The sleeping areas are also well positioned to allow family members to have their own privacy while maintaining their independence.

“There are three additional bedrooms located in their own zone at the rear of the home, great for a growing family,” Mr Birkhead said.

“The private master bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite at the front of the design – segregated from the rest of the home – make it the perfect retreat.”

The Capri is located in Baldivis and is open for viewing Wednesdays from 2-5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5pm.
