The voice behind dance group Cascada is set to return to Australia for her first-ever solo headline tour, bringing hits like Evacuate The Dancefloor and Everytime We Touch to Perth this year.
German-born Natalie Horler founded the pop act in 2004 with composers and record producers DJ Manian and DJ Yanou, and performed as a trio until 2021.
Known for a string of global hits including Miracle and Bad Boy, Cascada remains one of the most recognisable voices and defining forces in 2000s dance music.
And now Horler will return Down Under in November and December in celebration of 20 years of the era-defining global anthem Everytime We Touch.
The tour will kick off on the Sunshine Coast on November 27 and will stop off on the Gold Coast and Brisbane before coming to Perth on December 4 at The Court.
Cascada will also perform in Sydney and Melbourne on December 5 and December 6, respectively.
Joining Cascada on all Australian dates are special guest Darren Bailie of Guru Josh Project and Australian dance legend Nick Skitz, delivering a powerhouse line-up of iconic dance anthems and club classics.
Everytime We Touched reached top 10 status worldwide, including number two in the UK and number 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Follow-up hit Evacuate The Dancefloor became a worldwide number one song and was a top five hit in Australia when it came out.
In 2007 Horler was awarded the World Music Award for World’s Best Selling German Artist.
She continues to evolve her sound while staying true to her signature high-energy style, including recent collaborations with Jax Jones and Timmy Trumpet and a release with Steve Aoki titled Everytime We Touch (Remake) reimagining the anthem two decades on.
Beyond her musical success, Horler raised Cascada’s profile as a judge on Deutschland sucht den Superstar in 2012 and represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest with Glorious in 2013.
Horler was born in Bonn to British parents and was inspired by her father, jazz musician David Horler, and early role models Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston to pursue a music career.
