Your English teacher and your gym teacher are married - and we finally know a few more details surrounding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding at Madison Square Garden.
THE CEREMONY
* Actor and comedian Adam Sandler officiated, Swift's brother Austin Swift served as her man of honour, and Kelce's brother and podcast co-host Jason Kelce was the groom's best man
* The bride and groom wrote their own vows and chose not to have bridesmaids or groomsmen
* TMZ reported Swift walked down the aisle to a string rendition of one of her own songs and Jason and Kylie Kelce's daughters, Travis' nieces, scattered flowers around Swift as she walked down the aisle
* The newlyweds confirmed their marriage with pink neon signs outside the venue, declaring: "JUST T MARRIED!"
* "They cried, and they laughed, and they danced, and they hugged, and they kissed," Swift's aunt Robin Gentry told LBC News
THE STAR-FILLED GUEST LIST
* Swift once joked anyone she had ever talked to would be invited to the wedding - and appears to have made good on that promise - the event was attended by hundreds of celebrities, athletes and close friends and family
* Musicians and singers Camila Cabello, Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini, Camila Cabello, Miranda Lambert, and Fergie were all there
* Actors Laura Dern, Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke and Jason Sudeikis also made the cut, along with models Karlie Kloss and Gigi Hadid and their partners Joshua Kushner and Bradley Cooper
* New York Giants wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle, Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan, NFL great Tom Brady, Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid and sports commentator Stephen A Smith also attended
* Those not in attendance apparently included Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, who previously had a close relationship with Swift but were reportedly seen in upstate New York over the holiday weekend
* Actor Zoe Kravitz was there but her fiance Harry Styles - a former boyfriend of Swift - was in London on tour
INSIDE MADISON SQUARE GARDEN
* The arena provided the privacy and secrecy Swift and Kelce were looking for in planning a wedding
* Remarkably, even with a guest list as high as 1000 people, no photos have been released or shared
* The venue was transformed over several days before the ceremony
* After the ceremony, guests were escorted to the main floor of Madison Square Garden, where the decor was described as "Alice in Wonderland meets Wizard of Oz"
* Beatles great Sir Paul McCartney sang I Wanna Hold Your Hand for guests
* In a since-deleted post on X, AMC chief executive Adam Aron revealed the venue's walls were adorned with childhood photos of Swift and Kelce throughout the years, that Kelce wore "a white tux" and Swift "a stunning white wedding dress with a long veiled train"
* "Immediately upon entry, everything … floors, walls, ceilings … was draped in peach and white. Large blown up pictures of Taylor and Travis at each age, year by year from one year-old to late teenager-hood, were on display," he wrote in the post, confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter
* "A small portion of MSG was cordoned off, devoid of any notion that that a basketball or hockey game ever shared that space. Somehow magically, someone created an outdoor garden at a lush countryside retreat. Everything draped off this time in green and white. Real flowers and I think artificial trees welcomed fifteen rows of maybe 75 or so chairs. They say there were around one thousand attendees, but surprisingly, it all felt intimate and small. Everything was close."
* The festivities lasted until 4am
* The couple gave their guests embroidered lace handkerchiefs as wedding favours
* The handkerchiefs had a monogram of two intertwined letter Ts, the wedding date and the city where they wed and the words "So it's gonna be forever ..." - lyrics from Swift's 2014 song Blank Space
* Good Morning America hosts at the wedding confirmed Stevie Nicks - who sang with Swift at the 2010 Grammy Awards - performed
* "As intimate as it could possibly be given it was Madison Square Garden. Really this garden inside the garden, just so beautiful. It's hard to imagine a place that big and a wedding with such stars could feel so personal and so intimate," Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos said
* Swift and Kelce's outfits came from Christian Dior Haute Couture and its designer Jonathan Anderson, with shoes custom-made by Christian Louboutin and Swift wearing Cartier jewellery
* A Christian Dior Haute Couture spokesperson confirmed the wedding looks were designed by Anderson, saying they were created in Paris in "close collaboration with the couple"
* Swift's publicist Tree Paine said it was the designer's first couture wedding dress for a high-profile celebrity
RUSH TO CELEBRATE THE HAPPY COUPLE
* The Empire State Building said it lit up in blue to serve as Swift's "something blue" for the big day
* Elmo posted a poem congratulating his friends for saying "I do"
* Dolly Parton jokingly teased before the wedding that she wanted dibs on their firstborn child while singing her famous lyrics "I will always love you"
* Swift and Kelce donated $US2 million ($A2.9 million) to Parton's Imagination Library during the week as part of giving $26 million to local and national charities across the US
